Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. You will always be charged the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or policy violations. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order or customized. By placing an order, you agree that all details you provide are accurate and final. Ann Davidson Co is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer. Proofs, when provided, must be reviewed carefully. Approval of a proof releases Ann Davidson Co from responsibility for spelling, layout, or design errors.
Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Ann Davidson Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping provider. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control are not grounds for refunds.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Non-custom items may be eligible for return or replacement at our discretion. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, photographs, text, and content on this website are the property of Ann Davidson Co and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce or resell the design.
Use of Products
Our products are intended for personal or business use as purchased. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or sold as digital or physical copies. Commercial use beyond the original product requires written permission from Ann Davidson Co.
Limitation of Liability
Ann Davidson Co is not liable for any damages beyond the total amount paid for your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Conduct
We value respectful communication. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior toward our team may result in refusal of service or cancellation of current and future orders.
Wholesale
