Returns and refunds


At Ann Davidson Co, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

All of our products are made to order and are final sale. This helps us create each piece with care while keeping our process efficient and sustainable.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, we will work with you to make it right.

Digital Products

All digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

If you experience a problem with a digital file, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, a refund or replacement may be considered.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate, and you may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please keep all items and packaging until the process is complete.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If an item is missing or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
