  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

We ship orders using USPS or other reliable carriers depending on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.

  • All orders include tracking once shipped
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority or Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Faster Shipping Requests

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. We will let you know if faster shipping or expedited options are available for your product.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

If international shipping is offered on specific products, delivery times and customs fees will vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. In some cases, you may be asked to provide additional information or photos. Please keep all packaging and items until the issue is resolved.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will always communicate clearly if delays arise.
